In this seminar our Naturopath and Registered     Dietitian will instruct participants on how to use the ‘Healthy Eating Plate Guide’ The guide allows you to create healthy, balanced meals whether served on a plate or packed in a lunch. The guide provides a full list of snack ideas for busy people on the go, and takes the guesswork out of planning weekly menus for the whole family to enjoy. Participants will receive a colourful visual they can simply put on their fridge, along with a grocery shopping list and the best brands to buy.
