Nirvana Wellness Centre’s vision is to create strong community networks i.e. a “Clinic without Walls” where we advocate for health promotion and wellness. We understand that people spend hours at their job doing aggravated postures such as prolonged sitting, standing or are dealing with physical, chemical or emotional stressors in their daily lives. Although we acknowledge that this is the nature of most jobs and lifestyles, our mission is to work with companies to ensure their employees feel at their peak health. We are grateful to have conducted health initiatives and employee appreciation days at the above organizations and hence would like to continue our work to help employees better manage their well-being.
