have been seeing Dr. Bakshi from Nirvana Wellness Centre for Chiropractic care and Acupuncture. I went in when I had significant low back pain, so much so that I could barely move and the pain was travelling down my leg. Dr. Bakshi really took the time to assess and find the root cause of my condition, which in my case was nerve related, linked to the arthritis in my disc and joints.

”Prior to seeing her, I had gone to my Medical Doctor who suggested that I may need to consider surgery. She had referred me to an Orthopaedic Surgeon who was also very concerned. However, Dr. Bakshi conveyed to try the non-invasive, corrective care first.

I have worked with her and her wonderful team at Nirvana and I am so proud to say that during my recent visit to the Orthopaedic Surgeon, he said that I no longer require surgery! I love to be active and am a woman on the go! What I am most happy about is that I can finally walk, sit and move around without being limited by pain and stiffness!

"I currently use the Brampton Health centre and am loving it. I travel from Scarbrough, that's a long drive but worth it . Dr C. “I attended a Wellness Event at Nirvana Wellness Centre - fantastic event! A lot of interesting vendors (I learned a lot) and the panel discussions were excellent (as a business owner, this was a great group of people to meet).

But the best part was getting to try some of the treatments! I had my first chiropractic treatment with Dr. Bakshi which dispelled any misconceptions I may have had about chiropractic treatments. It was extremely gentle and actually enjoyable!
And the Reflexology session I had with Lisa Brown was AMAZING!! I felt so invigorated afterwards! Unbelievable!

“Dr. Chandini Bakshi is a chiropractor with a great touch. I had a major and chronic neck pain from sitting at my computer all day and bending my head and neck downwards over a long period of time. The pain was from the base of my head to the bottom of my left shoulder blade. It got to the point where it hurt to just look down for a second. I am now pain free thanks to Dr. Bakshi. And in addition she suggested a "water pillow" which I am using and love it! It's like sleeping on a cloud; yes really!”
